Hi, my name is Stacy Vollands, and I am so glad that you are here. Life can be hard and even overwhelming at times. Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to so that you can make sense of everything. I am here to listen to you. I want to hear your story. I want you to feel seen and heard so that you can move towards being a healthier version of yourself. Things can get better, and you can be more in control of your mind and emotions instead of your mind and emotions controlling you.
I approach therapy from a stance of compassion and curiosity. I listen carefully, without judgment, and offer kindness and unconditional positive regard and support to my clients as we work together through anything that may be causing pain and holding you back from living an abundant life.
